- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed seeds, oats, flaxseed meal, and salt.
- Gradually add water while stirring until the mixture forms a thick dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the dough onto the baking sheet and roll it out between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Keep an eye on them towards the end to prevent burning.
- Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces. Serve with hummus or your favorite spread.
