- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese (100g), divided
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt

- In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, olive oil, minced garlic, and half of the parmesan cheese. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm area until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Punch down the dough and transfer it onto an oiled baking sheet.
- Shape into a rectangle or circle about 1 inch thick. Create dimples on top with your fingers, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
