- 1 cup (100g) grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (50g) panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup (120ml) ketchup (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
