- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (90g)
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (90g)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (90g)
- Powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips with butter until smooth.
- Whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in another bowl; stir in the melted chocolate mixture.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in milk and white chocolate chips.
- Chill the dough for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
