- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: Slice the beef and chop the vegetables.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef slices for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned; remove and set aside.
