This hot honey glazed salmon pairs sweet, spicy, and umami flavors in a quick dinner. The honey glaze caramelizes to create a luscious crust while keeping the fish moist.
Ingredients
- Salmon fillets (4, 6‑oz pieces)
- Honey (¼ cup)
- Sriracha (2 tbsp)
- Low‑sodium soy sauce (2 tbsp)
- Garlic cloves (2, minced)
- Lime juice (1 tbsp)
- Olive oil (1 tbsp)
- Sea salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven or grill to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or prep a grill pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pat salmon dry with paper towels, then season each fillet with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Brush each fillet generously with half the glaze, reserving the rest for later.
- Place fillets on the sheet or grill. Bake or grill for 8–10 minutes, then flip, brush with more glaze.
- Return to heat for another 2–3 minutes or until internal temp reads 145°F. Broil or grill briefly for a caramelized finish.
