- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, remaining granulated sugar, and cinnamon together for the filling.
- Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it into a rectangle approximately ¼ inch thick. Spread softened butter over the surface and sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Roll the dough tightly from one edge into a log shape and cut into bite-sized pieces (about 1 inch thick).
