A quick and moist banana bread made from cake mix and ripe bananas, perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack.

- 2 ½ cups cake mix
- 2½ ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup walnuts (optional)
- ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Blend mashed bananas, melted butter, egg, vanilla, and cake mix.
- Fold in walnuts or chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into buttered loaf pan.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until done.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
