  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup frozen carrots
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream of chicken soup, peas, carrots, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the skillet and ensure they are well coated with the mixture.
  6. Pour everything into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
