- 2 tablespoons sugar (25g)

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- Sufficient quantity of oil for frying
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt over medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in flour and baking powder until fully incorporated.
