Ingredients

- 2 sausage links (pork or turkey)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned (8-10 minutes). Remove from pan.
- In the same skillet, crack in the eggs and cook to your preference (sunny-side up or scrambled). Season with salt and pepper.
- In another skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Place one slice of bread in the skillet and layer with cheese.
- Add cooked sausage on top of cheese, then layer with another slice of cheese followed by the second slice of bread.
- Grill until golden brown on both sides (3-4 minutes each side). Cut in half and serve immediately.
