Ingredients

  • 4 bone‑in pork chops (1‑inch thick)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and let rest 10 minutes.
  3. Sear chops in hot skillet for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Whisk maple syrup, bourbon, mustard, brown sugar, garlic, and paprika.
  5. Bake chops for 10–12 minutes, spooning half glaze over.
  6. Finish with remaining glaze, then rest 5 minutes before serving.
