- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper and let rest 10 minutes.
- Sear chops in hot skillet for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
- Whisk maple syrup, bourbon, mustard, brown sugar, garlic, and paprika.
- Bake chops for 10–12 minutes, spooning half glaze over.
- Finish with remaining glaze, then rest 5 minutes before serving.
