  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 4 cups fish stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
