- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add cold butter and mix until crumbly with some pea-sized bits remaining.
- Toss strawberries with a bit of sugar; let sit for 10 minutes.
- Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of the dish. Layer with strawberries and top with remaining crumble.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
