Description

Tender white fish fillets baked with a rich, zesty lemon butter and garlic sauce for a light yet satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillets (Cod, Halibut, or Tilapia)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  4. Place fillets in the baking dish in a single layer.
  5. Spoon the lemon butter mixture evenly over the top of each fillet and pour the rest into the pan.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
