A bold fusion of seared Cajun-spiced steak and a creamy mozzarella alfredo sauce, served over al dente fettuccine.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs Sirloin Steak, sliced into strips
- 3 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 lb Fettuccine Pasta
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season steak strips with Cajun seasoning and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Boil fettuccine in salted water until slightly under al dente.
- Sear steak in a hot skillet with oil until browned; remove and rest.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently.
- Whisk in mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
- Toss in cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water.
- Add seared steak back into the pan, toss to coat, and garnish with parsley.
