- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil penne pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and butter, simmering on medium heat.
- Whisk in Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses until the sauce is smooth.
- Fold in cooked pasta and toss until fully coated.
