- 3–4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Green gel food coloring
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup mini pretzels
- 1 cup assorted holiday cookies
Instructions
- Beat softened butter until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and heavy cream, beating until fluffy.
- Stir in vanilla extract and green gel food coloring until the desired forest green shade is reached.
- Using a star piping tip, pipe a large circle of frosting on a platter to form the base.
- Pipe smaller concentric circles on top of the base, tapering upward to a point to create a tree shape.
- Press mini marshmallows, berries, and chocolates into the frosting to act as ornaments.
- Arrange pretzels, cookies, and remaining fruit around the base of the frosting tree.
