A bold and creamy fusion of blackened Cajun chicken and penne pasta, tossed in a rich Parmesan cream sauce.

- 2 large chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 lb Penne pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil penne pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Coat chicken cubes in Cajun seasoning and sear in olive oil over medium-high heat until blackened.
- Remove chicken from the pan and let it rest.
- Sauté minced garlic in the remaining pan drippings for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer until reduced by half.
- Whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Toss pasta and chicken into the sauce until fully coated.
