- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping (thawed)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry jello mix
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a 9×13 pan.
- Freeze the crust for 10 minutes to set.
- Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fluffy and spread over the crust.
- Prepare jello by dissolving mix in boiling water, then let it cool slightly.
- Pour the cooled jello over the cream layer.
- Top with fresh mixed berries and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
