Creepy and chewy gummy eyeballs made with real fruit juice and gelatin. A visually striking Halloween treat with a bounce and flavor that beats store-bought candy.

- 1/2 cup white grape juice
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon citric acid
- Black food coloring gel
Instructions
- Bloom gelatin in cold juice for 10 minutes.
- Heat mixture over medium-low until dissolved (do not boil).
- Stir in honey and citric acid until glossy.
- Pour white mixture into spherical molds 3/4 full and chill for 20 minutes.
- Carefully drop in a layer of colored gummy mixture for the iris.
- Add a tiny dot of black mixture for the pupil.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or until completely set.
