Instructions
- Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water, then stir in cold water.
- Refrigerate the gelatin mixture for 1 hour until partially set.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese.
- Whisk the partially set gelatin into the cream mixture until uniform.
- Fold in fresh orange zest and chill for another hour before serving.
