Description
A chewy, buttery dessert made from a cake mix base, loaded with white chocolate chips and colorful pastel sprinkles. Perfect for Easter parties and spring gatherings.

- 1 box (15.25 oz) white or yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup pastel candy sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until a smooth batter forms.
- Fold in 3/4 cup of the white chocolate chips and half of the sprinkles using a spatula.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the remaining white chocolate chips and the rest of the sprinkles over the top of the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and let the bars cool completely in the pan for at least one hour before lifting out with parchment paper and slicing into squares.
