- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a 10-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- Add apple slices and cinnamon; sauté until tender (about 5 minutes).
- Whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and flour in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the apples in the hot skillet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are tall and golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
