Description

A decadent, no-bake dessert featuring layers of chocolate pudding, cream cheese, and crushed cookies, topped with a rich chocolate ganache glaze and spooky decorations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 oz chocolate pudding
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Gummy worms, candy eyes, and rectangular cookies for decoration

Instructions

  1. Pulse chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor until fine. Press 1 cup of crumbs into the bottom of a 9×13 glass dish.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup butter together until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Fold the chocolate pudding into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the cookie base. Sprinkle 1 cup of cookie crumbs on top, then spread the remaining pudding and top with the final cup of crumbs.
  5. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering. Pour over chocolate chips in a bowl, let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until glossy.
  6. Stir 2 tbsp of butter into the warm ganache for extra shine, then pour over the cake surface.
  7. Add gummy worms, candy eyes, and cookie tombstones. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
