  4. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling. Roll out risen dough into a rectangle, spread with softened butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Roll the dough tightly, place seam-side down in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let rise for another thirty minutes.
