Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and salt until combined.
- Sift together flour and cocoa powder, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.

- Allow cookies to cool for 2 minutes, then roll in powdered sugar.
- Cool completely on a wire rack, then roll in powdered sugar a second time.
