- 1 cup creamed corn
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until fully liquefied.
- Add the creamed corn and stir until the mixture is heated through, about 2–3 minutes.
- Pour in the milk, letting the mixture reduce slightly.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar until melted, then fold in the bacon bits, paprika, cayenne, and green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting heat or spice levels as preferred.
- Transfer the hot dip to a serving dish and serve immediately with warm tortilla chips.
