Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté chorizo in a non-stick skillet until browned; remove excess grease.
  2. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. Sauté jalapeños and tomatoes in the pan for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour beaten eggs over the vegetables and spread evenly.
