- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water (110F)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Whisk warm water, yeast, and honey in a small bowl; let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
- Stir in melted butter, salt, and bread flour until a sticky dough forms.
- Place dough in a greased slow cooker and set to Warm for 60-90 minutes until doubled in size.
- Gently scoop dough and divide into 12 equal balls.
- Place balls in a greased baking pan and bake at 375F for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Brush the tops with additional melted butter immediately after baking.
