- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F).
- Push chicken to the side and add minced garlic to the center, sautéing for 30 seconds.
- Pour in balsamic vinegar and honey, stirring to deglaze the pan and combine.
- Simmer for 3-5 minutes, spooning the glaze over the chicken until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
