Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  3. Place sprouts on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and toss with salt and pepper.
  4. Add minced garlic and chopped rosemary to the pan, tossing again to coat the vegetables evenly.
  5. Arrange the sprouts with the flat, cut sides facing down on the pan.
  6. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing once halfway through, until edges are dark brown and tender.
