- 1.5 lbs chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, ginger, and garlic in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat completely.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred with two forks, then return to the pot.
- Stir shredded meat into the sauce and serve over rice or noodles.
