  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for filling)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a tart pan.
  2. Pulse flour, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and cold butter in a food processor until crumbly.
  3. Press dough into tart pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread the filling evenly into the cooled tart crust.
