Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 large cucumber, seeded and diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra‑virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Dice cucumber and pat dry, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Mash garlic lightly and combine with lemon juice.
- Whisk yogurt, olive oil, vinegar, dill, garlic mixture, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in cucumber, chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with warm pita slices.
