- 12 oz beefy tortellini
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar 24 oz marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain fat.
- Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Boil tortellini for 3‑4 minutes until al dente, then drain.
- Combine tortellini with sauce and ricotta, mixing until evenly coated.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 20‑25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
