- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Grate the zucchini using the fine side of a box grater, then place it in a kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and squeezed zucchini.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet batter using a spatula until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing.
